Annie Houston Liddle is the founder and principal of Annie Liddle Design, LLC, a boutique interior design company based out of Chicago’s North Shore. Annie’s designed interiors are classic, colorful, creatively textured and welcoming spaces that are tailored for her clients’ lifestyle. Throughout her more than 10 years in the design industry, Annie has collaborated with clients in Illinois, South Carolina, Florida, Washington D.C., Colorado, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Virginia.

Prior to forming Annie Liddle Design, she was an Associate Designer with Jeannie Balsam Interiors (JBI) in Winnetka, IL. During her six years with the firm, Annie was involved in all aspects of the design and management process and was project lead for numerous clients. Before joining JBI, she managed designer showrooms for Ebanista in Chicago and Denver and Samuel & Sons Passementerie in Chicago. Annie also worked for two prominent luxury design firms, Nate Berkus Interiors and Frank Ponterio Interior Design.

My husband and I moved into a large, 100-year-old home in East Kenilworth with a lot of quirks. We were overwhelmed with the idea of furnishing the home but weren’t sure if we really needed an interior designer.
